Yahoo delete my account, won't say why.

I had a Yahoo account for over 10 years and it was deleted without exlantation. I never had any complaints and used many of there services. They never said what it was I did wrong.

I contacted them 4 times. They never gave me an answer...just a form letter stating I had 'violated their TOS" When I questioned specifically what "TOS" I had violated, they responded with the same form letter. And the third letter also stated they would never respond to my query again.

10+ years and they couldn't even be bothered to let me know what I might have done to incur their wrath.

2. Written by Me, on 08-04-2009 16:26 I know what you mean.. Most companies terminate hundreds of accounts per day, and don't require an actual reason why they terminated your account. This is the same for many companies, as it protects them. Not your fault.. who knows what happened there, could be a false accusation! Report
