Emails deleted not by myself

My emails have been deleted twice and I cant retrieve them!! I received this email and Im not sure if it is really Yahoo Dear -Yahoo! Account Recovery

My issue was not resolved. I moved overseas for military reasons and I do not have access to my recovery US phone number anymore to access a critical account of mine. I still need to obtain access to my account.

Misunderstanding

I was telling that I had a problem with my yahoo account. I forgot my yahoo password and the phone number is no longer active. I was asking to reset my yahoo password, but instead of receiving new password for my yahoo account I received password for my gmail account

My name, phone number, and full addressed is available on Yahoo Search, ca.search.yahoo.com. This is a security and can not wait 10 to 12 weeks to be removed as I am a government employee. I am not safe if my future clients have access to my personal information.

They have trash writers that speak to Yahoo's narrative and not facts. They only allow you to comment on articles they choose. And only will allow comments to be posted, they deemed worthy.

Multiple bombardment of advertising sent to my email address, BUT THE ADDRESS IS NOT MINE, so you cant opt out. No way to contact yahoo theres no phone number and they want money to communicate with your account. Fraudulent practices The photos below are not my email address.
