Waited to long for a represenitive

My account has been locked out only way to get it unlocked is to contact customer service and I have been on hold well over 30 minutes and still no answer! I have other complaints about this and just wondering why this problem isn't fixed!!! They need to have an easier way of fixing the email problem or hire more reps! I don't have all day to sit here and wait for someone to answer. I need to know how to re set my password without the security question I forgot the answers to my questions any suggestions or do I have to sit and wait?

SMALL BUSINESS UNABLE TO WORK WHILE HOSTING WITH YAHOO!

This has been ongoing for months now! Our small business has been having errors accessing our website; customers included. Now that the issue with the website is more intermittent, the entire company with approx. 8 email addresses is unable to send or receive emails....i.e. unable to process orders. We are losing value time and customer. WE ARE CONSISTENTLY GETTING PROMPTS TO INSERT LOGIN INFORMATION (IT IS 100% ACCURATE) YET STILL BE BEING PROMPTED TO RE-ENTER. NO EMAILS BEING SENT OR RECEIVED. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! AND don't even get me started on Yahoo! customer service. You spend hours waiting to hopefully speak with a human only to be disconnected EVERY time! USELESS!! -YAHOO! YOU NEED TO FIX THIS ISSUE NOW! THANK YOU FOR NOTHING!

When am i going to be contacted buy a representative i mean for real what happened to the awesome yahoo name its all being defiled buy 1individual and you have that employe working for you i cant believe you want a *** working and on top of it all wont do anything your number of complaints well continue to rise and you eventually lose people and without people no yahoo and without yahoo no *** is that what its gonna take i want compensation for this poor excuse of a company i should walk away happy and im not and nothing is being done about it

Yahoo customer service complaint

I had been on hold for 1 hour 48 minutes and 28 seconds before a rude male customer service representative of YAHOO answered the phone. I have not been able to access my accounts since Thursday on my Samsung Galaxy S5. I can access Yahoo on my laptop. I explained that I have deleted the app from my phone, then reloaded. The app would not accept my password, I reset my password four different times and confirmed with the letters and numbers to ensure that I wasn't a robot. I still could not access my account. He informed me there wasn't anything that he could do. He asked was there anything else he would help me with. I stated that I desired to speak with someone over him, at that moment he hung up the phone. I WAS NOT ACCIDENTALLY DISCONNECTED, HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. I gather that is how Yahoo is now addressing issues with loyal customers. Great Customer service is not apart of their marketing strategy.

I was also hung up on by a Yahoo "support" agent this week after waiting in a *** for 30 minutes and being stalled without assistance for a further hour. All this at international call rates.

Yahoo Small Business used to have a free international 24/7 callback service which was included in the package, but it has vanished without trace. Their online contact form is broken and bounces back emails, saying "User unknown".

The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. I now have no way to contact them to make a formal complaint - illegal surely?

Yahoo Mail goes from bad to worst.

I have had a Yahoo and Hotmail account since the early 90's so I am not a newbie. Years ago yahoo mail worked great it was simple, clean and always functioned without problem. Then they decided to "improve" it? It's been nothing but down hill from that point. This week I have to sign in and nothing would happen? I have to refresh the sign in page, resign my user name and password(yes I know I can have the browser remember this info) and then I get then get pages asking for my cell number and to change my password which is also insulting and aggravating to everyone. I believe its so they can claim double exposure to the ads on the sign in page? Its either that or they just can not do anything right? Now I am not sure who the CEO is or what this person is getting paid but they should be fired and gone. In fact then entire management team is destroying the yahoo name and needs to be replaced. NEWS FLASH : There is NO Yahoo without users and your pay and bonus checks stop. My dog makes better decisions. I was never a CEO and but I can do far better then this. Yahoo has gone from something that worked fine, to nothing more then aggravation and there are other services which work better. Dear Yahoo management : Any and all bonuses and pay checks should be returned back to Yahoo.

Unable to access email for 2 days. very slow access before then for a month.

Emails loaded slowly for a month or not at all. 2 days ago, started getting 'temporary error 14', which is supposed to resolve itself, though the 'support' i got was to clear my cache and restart. This had no affect. No other support provided. Still waiting to view and read emails. Called and emailed customer service. Was hung up on by a robot and have not heard back from email request for support. Searching through other support requests and comments, i found that many others (~100) took the time to voice concern about the same issue. They too received no active support and reported that deleting cache and restarting the browser had no affect.

Terrible change in Yahoo email service

My yahoo email has been basically out of service since last Wednesday. I was forced to change my password on my IPhone and have been locked out of my ipad since then. The only way I could access my mail on my ipad was to install a brand new app. which is terrible. Had to change password as well. At the top of my inbox, there are numerous pop up ads. When I attempt to reply to mail, there is no indication of who is receiving the return. I have been forced to shut off service temporarily in order to reply to emails. I have spoken to at least 20 of my friends, many of whom use yahoo for their businesses as well as personal mail. Every one of them has stated that they are dropping yahoo in favor of gmail at this point. Everyone agrees that there is no acknowledgement from Yahoo that there is a problem.

The Worst Customer Service Ever!!!

After holding for 30+ minutes to get someone one the line, I was placed on hold a total of 6 more times with no resolve to my issue. Rep kept saying that I must do it online. The whole point of my CALL to customer service was to avoid doing it online. When I asked for a manager, the same agent came back to the phone like I would not recognize his voice. I had to ask again for a manager. He was a foreigner, so I asked to speak to someone in America. He said that he was unable to do that. I asked what he was able to do then? I got placed on hold again! This by far has been the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I'm finding a new wen hosting company!

Had the exact same experience this evening. Took 30 mins to answer the phone.

Refused to tell me how much the call was costing me. Was unable to answer any of my questions. Failed to pass me over to a supervisor when asked. Repeatedly put me on hold.

Refused to give me an email address to file a formal complaint, and then hung up on me!

Adding insult to injury the online Help form fails to work and I just get emails bounced, telling me the Yahoo support address at hosting-billing@***.yahoo-inc.com is "User unknown". The worst customer support service I have ever (not) received.

It's bemusing because not so long ago Yahoo Small Business hosting provided a free international call-back service which worked flawlessly within seconds of a request being submitted.

I am paying for a service which Yahoo clearly no longer deliver. I expect to be refunded (before I leave).

Finally Had It With Yahoo Service Especially Mail

After months of mail problems Yahoo announced yesterday they fixed Error 17 (No mention on any of the other errors ongoing for ...and apologized for the inconvenience. It's not enough. Here is my response to Yahoo: You might have fixed Error Code 17 but you've managed to replace it with Error Code 19 today. I was also locked out of my account earlier receiving a "temporarily locked out...try back later" message. These past months have been absolutely horrible trying to use Yahoo Mail as well as dealing with many home page problems. Your help articles and steps to take are useless. After many years with Yahoo I am leaving. I've opened another account and have moved everything elsewhere. I spent less time forwarding communications I wanted to save and updating e-mail addresses with contacts than I have spent in frustration waiting for you to fix the system. What a shame.

Technical problems

For about the past two months now, middle of September through first week of November, 2014, as I write this, I have not been able to access my e-mail when I want because of constant technical problems. I don´t know what is happening at Yahoo, but I am fed up all ready with seeing that little blue circle spinning around endlessly instead of seeing my e-mail, I am tired of not being able to access it, and I am tired of seeing a pop-up window stating that their tech´s are working on the problem. This doesn´t happen every day, but it is happening with more and more frequency. Fix the problems once and for all. I need my e-mail, and if I can´t use it then I will change to another svc.

I agree 100%, what is wrong with Yahoo Mail, YOU always our engineers are fixing it, well maybe it is time to get some NEW HELP. Your engineers are totally incompetent, fire them and get some good programmers - if that doesn't work bring in some outside technical support, this is CRAZY, problems ALL THE TIME!!!!!!! THE ISSUES WE ARE A L L HAVING ARE VERY FIXABLE - SO GET THE RIGHT PEOPLE AND FIX THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a Yahoo Mail plus customer since 2005 for the main feature of add free mail. September is my renewal month but my credit card on file was expired, Yahoo tried to bill me the $19.99 but failed but did not notify me of the expired card, they tried again three consecutive again not notifying me. Today 11/5 they turned off my mail plus so I called their customer service and was told that since I let my subscription lapse my grandfathered price of $19.99 is no longer avalible and if I want ad free mail I will have to pay $49.99. Seems to me that they just wanted to try and get another $30 out of me. Time to look somewhere else for email.
