I had many names on many different yahoo email lists. Suddenly, most of my lists that I have been using for over 10 years have only 25% of the names that they used to have.
I called a company I thought was yahoo (I now know Yahoo can not be contacted by phone unless you use the pay service (see below for more about that). The company I thought was yahoo looked at my account from their end and saw all the emails that I was missing and showed them to me but wanted $250 to fix it.
I decided to deal with yahoo. After 5 emails and answering their same questions 3 times and asking the same question 3 times without answer (How many contacts do you see in my HoH ?), they finally say they can't access my contact lists.
Another sad thing is that they referred me to the new yahoo paid service called Yahoo Account Plus. Their website advertises a free trial period.
When you call them about their free trial period, they say there is not one. They said they would check into it and email and phone me. Of course, we have not heard back from them.

In answer to your questions:The problem is anytime I try to access my Yahoo lists on my laptop, my desktop or my phone or the computer at a computer repair company I recently visited. It happens both using Google, Firefox or Edge.There is no error message. Again the problem is that I know I have more names on my email lists than are appearing when I try to put them into my email on the "To" slot. About a month ago I thought I was calling Yahoo with the problem (obviously you can't call Yahoo, so I am not sure who I called).
Whoever I called looked at my Yahoo lists and the correct number of people were on the list. The problem was, I only had 6 names appearing on my computer when I entered the title of the list on the "To" slot. They read me the names, and they were correct( I believe they had 17 names). I asked you in my last email, How many names do you see on my Yahoo list identified as HoH?
Excuse my using larger font and colors. I am hoping you can understand my problem, which you obviously don't right now. As you can see I use many lists and need them to be accurate. I have used these lists for years and have not had problems until recently.I experience the same problem on Google, Firefox and Edge on a desk top computer, my laptop, my husband's laptop and the computer repair man's laptop.
The problem is NOT with the computer.The version of Yahoo I am using is the full-featured version (not the basic)I am NOT using a third-party mail clientI can't send you a screenshot. I can't take a screenshot of what is not there. There are names missing - can't take a screen shot of that.I really wish you would answer the question I have asked above in red.
I really hope you can help me.

Ill need some additional details to help resolve this issue. Please answer these questions:Name of the device are you are using to access your Yahoo Mail account?Are you using a 3rd party mail clients application to access your emails? like Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, etc. ( 2nd time asked that question, answered first time above)Are you using our Yahoo Mail app client?Application version of your Yahoo mail app.Are you using a web browser or mobile browser to access your mails with Yahoo?

We highly recommend if you are using a web browser, try to process a troubleshooting procedure by clearing out your cache and cookies. If it didn't work then try shift to other web browser and do the same thing. Since we updated the version of Yahoo mail, some settings needs to be reconfigured and I know its a big adjustment.
