Fraudulant activity , hacked my account , emailed every contact asking for money . Then bank accounts hacked by calling bank customer support . Contacted yahoo, told them to close the fraud email account four months ago. The account is still open .yahoo is absolutely dismal and should have their email servers closed , enforced by federal law !

Yahoo Treating the Paying Cutomer like dirt

Yahoo Customer Care , has promise me to give me a call to fix a minor issue and yet they have not do so and have ignoring my next follow up e-mails for almost a month. This has hinder my work efficiency for almost 2 months. I have been paying Yahoo for around 10 years and I am extremely disappointed and angry with their abysmal customer service quality. After I had enough, I decided to e-mail them the instruction regarding transferring my domain address and stop their services, and they continue to ignore me. My incident number is 140923-****38, the person in charge of me is Azmatullah, Harita and Dain. I want to report this to the higher authority in Yahoo as well as to warn the public about their terrible customer service quality and never pay for any of their service. Which e-mail or address should I go to? Besides the usual social media, are there any other website that can make my complains and frustration openly heard by the public, or if possible, start my own campaign against Yahoo? Is that even possible to legally sue them for this kind of service? This fiasco has taken too many of my time and emotion. Thanks.

Yahoo sucks

I have paid for yahoo mail for about 15 years and over the last 2 years its been terrible. Lately I send 1 email to 1 person for business and its says I am sending out to many emails and they have to protect me from sending spam. WTF.. I am emailing real estate contracts to a buyer WTF.. Then it wants me to type in a code that has nothing there and says you can audio the code and its says sorry we don't have audio code. WTF... I have a Gmail account that I filter from so after 15 years I am going to leave Yahoo. Has I type this I cannot get my email, program issues at 11am my time, it won't let me send my business email to a buyer. Time is money in my business and this yahoo *** is for the birds.. Yahoo does not seem to mind sending me spam but now says I am spam while I am trying to work with my clients. It rather tedious and I am really pissed off that something I PAY for does this. To big for their britches so that they really don't care I pay big bucks for a business email account that I can't send business email from. Change is hard for me but this time Gmail here I come.

I was locked out of my account preventing me from playing in my fantasy football league. Apparently the only way to fix this is to call customer service. After being on hold for over 2.5hrs I gave up! What the ***!!! You either need more employees or your service really sucks that bad!

YahooMail U SUCK and your service!!!

It' a shame a person can't even check their mail with out these *** allowing all those pop ups and junk mail hackers to infiltrate our live's so much that even their sorry web site can't even operate with out a constant "Yahoo is not responding" several time in a simple email check. This is why I'm going to Hotmail or Gmail which I understand have none of these issues. Good-by ***'s! I hope you and your liberal ways go by the way side and out of business. Case in point! BUSINESS WEBSITE INACTIVATED

For several days have been receiving calls from potential clients that they could not access my website. This is not so unusual, as some people find my business by a phone number and are a little lazy in doing their own research about my fees, services, etc. I tried to type it in and the page came up blank. It is worthless to type your problem into their "help" page because it never seems to answer a REAL issue that causes financial loss. After 6 minutes on the phone, I was greeted by an automated response indicating I would need to generate an incident number by going to a certain page and without it, would not be helped. That fun, as I was still on the phone, took another 3 minutes. After being on phone for 45 minutes due to "unexpected high call volume", I was greeted by someone with a name I cannot pronounce. He proceeded to tell me that my incident number expired 15 minutes ago, and I would need to generate another and go back into the Que. You can imagine my response! He merely flipped some numbers, so once he heard them right, I was ok to talk with him. I don't know if he was educated in how to handle my problem, because he kept putting me on hold to check something. Eventually I was told to delete cookies and cache because that is what created my problem. I have been with yahoo for 10 years and never ever deleted either and didn't have this extremely serious problem before. No wonder I wasn't getting any calls for my services! I explained this and told him my second website for business was not affected. He had no answer for this.... why can't they admit the were hacked and that some websites were deactivated??? So, 65 minutes into call, problem is fixed. Lovely... yahoo sucks more and more with *** email problems, changes that make it harder to conduct business... I feel like the way I work through my yahoo email and website is archaic... not progressive. Sick of spending hours doing something that used to take 10-15 minutes. Cannot wait to find another webhosting!!!! If I had to put a dollar value on this, I can say I lost $ 1000 in 2 weeks of missing website. That doesn't include the money I pay others to promote it.

Yahoo has nothing to relieve the stress incurred by subscribers when they completely ignore protocol. There is NO place where you can complain to YAHOO for them to respond, with intelligence, to complaints that they are negligent. It is UNacceptable. Now I have to come up with another 52 words to describe how infuriated I am that Yahoo doesn't make it easy to let them know how deficient they are and, hopefully, rectify the problem. It is obvious, they have no intention of finding out their deficiencies or, finding out, how to do anything about them. Yahoo has a lot of helpful things on their website, but when you try to activate a movie type item, all you get is a BLACK screen, with no assistance to make it activate. I can only hope YAHOO watches these comments and responds with acceptable service. Incidentally, they NEVER have any questionnaires that evaluate their service.

Ad. on personal email side advetising male underpants

- cheesed off with first message in inbox is now always an advertisement - also I do not wish to see side panel ads I cannot delete or hide For last few days it has been a bare chested bloke in white underpants posing with his genitals clearly showing underneath the material. All advetising is puerile and why do we have to suffer it on our emails and everywhere - for crying out loud Why are we not given an option to opt out particularly in our email account. ??? We are not left in peace to simply read and write our emails but are assaulted constantly by advertising and these last few days with the underpants ad. by gandy model is ;pathetic leave us alone to read our emails in peace 26 September 2014

Yahoo is in bed with scammers

I send all scam mails to the police worldwide and when I do yahoo prevents me from sending them after I send a coupl. yahoo has responded to me with this is a free service so quit *** so they are allowing scam mail to come in and not allowing them to go to the police. so by preventing this forwarding of scam mail to the authorities makes YAHOO complacent in the scams. it might be free but if people quit using yahoo then they will not have revenue and fold or put out of business by the police. I believe I will make a report to the FBI

Yahoo is not human

I was forced to change my password by Yahoo. I did not remember it. I called their help number and a non human told me there call volume was so great i could not be answered. I tried to use a secret question but the one they asked me was not correct by them.It also told me to wait 2 days before I could even be asked my secret questions. I would rate Yahoo Customer service on a scale of 1 to 10 as a minus 20!! At this point I just want to get out of Yahoo. I can't even cancel my account. They have NO e mail directly to a human being there.I have seen these tactics before and am sure their company will be down the toilet very soon. They will get what they deserve. At this point I will let my account with them be deleted, if that can even happen with them. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY BY FAR I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!!

Forever charging for premium service

Years ago for a business no longer in existence, I signed up for a premiere yahoo service for $20 a year. When I call them about the charge on my CC bill, they can never identify the yahoo address it pertains to and start asking me every credit card # I ever had to see if maybe they can cross-reference the charge. Some of my banks like BoA change the C.C. number annually....I don't know if I am supposed to be remembering what was my CC # in 2005. Is the only way to make this go away is completely cancel the BOA CC ten years later?

tried calling numrerous times,no answer.Tried call back when my turn,guess it was coffee break time which seems always. let friend use pc.I know this part my fault.he went on adult site and now every day get *** from numerous sites.I been trying for months to get rid of them and block them according to your phone service or report spam to block.In easy way to say so you ignorant drop outs can understand,your company and people at customer service sucks BIG TIME!. If I need to and only way to get rid of suckhoo is to write a lot of profanity on your sites and my e-mail. In ,again terms you understand,get off from playing with yourselves and get me off this god *** piece of *** site.What does your employess get from *** sites,kick backs or chances to make extra money,thats why no one knows how to fix proplems.Ahorny animal has more intelligence than your company.At least an animal will listen to you after their done. Maybe your employees need to take notes from animals on how to listen. My daughter accidently put in the wrong password too many times and Yahoo locked the acct. I appreciate security, but there are many ways I can prove it is my account but the only one time almost two months ago that I actually got to speak to someone, that person was determined not to assist me because I answered hint questions incorrectly. They would not listen to any other way to confirm my acct. I opened this account more than 20 years ago, had many pets, etc., but yahoo will not compromise to let me prove my acct. Because I really would like to have my acct. unlocked, I have called so so so many times, and except for the first time, Yahoo won't even take calls. They just repeatedly leave you on hold indefinitely. I do not recommend Yahoo. It is extremely difficult to get ahold of them, that is if you are ever able to.
