Used to be GREAT. Now it SUCKS.

WTF is going on with Yahoo Mail???? CONSTANT errors, can't access folders, non-stop page timeouts. I've cleared everything, rebooted etc. Not a rookie here. YAHOO - FIX YOUR ***. IT SUCKS AND I'M GOING TO SWITCH TO GMAIL. Seriously, feed the squirrels in your centers. They are dying, if not dead. I've about had it. I really used to rely on Yahoo Mail, but it's so inconsistent and aggravating that I'm almost done with it, even though I like the interface better than GMail. Oh, how the mighty have fallen....

Yahoo seems to have stole my money

Yahoo wallet accepted by payment in December then Aabaco says I owe them money. Both organizations are incompetent and possibly corrupt. If you cancel your service they claim they keep whatever you paid for the services which you may or may not have gotten. Aabaco also refused to accept foreign banks or paypal opened in foreign countries. Basically what I am saying is their system and service is a total *** up and when it fails you, they blame you and expect to steal your money. Well, that's my take on it. I hope the CEO of yahoo gets jailed for her abuse and incompetence in running yahoo. It once had hope. May she rot in net ***.

I have never been able to contact a person at Yahoo to answer any question about my account in 7 years of trying episodically. Tech people at both GoDaddy and Apple have told me to give up trying. I guess changing the name to Aabaco is not changing the experience.

I fear this company is a scam. They charge with out invoice...

they pretend to put you on hold and they hang up. They trap you in expenses when your trying to make modifications. If someone of integrity from this organization or yahoo can please give a number to a proficient english speaking person please do.

Trying to update website/out of service with no warning!

I have had yahoo website builder since 2004! I went on to update our website and boy was I surprised when I went to update my website and could not get on it! I was never notified or given any information about this. My website is stuck in limbo! They are still charging my credit card! What do I do Next? The phone number I have and called just states they are to busy to take calls. Call again at another time! Their website offers no help. Their contact us search is a joke. None of my concerns are on their help page. What a horrible thing to do to small businesses!

Asked by yahoo to verify who I am.

I moved from Mexico to Ecuador. Three months later I moved to Colombia. This was when I was asked to verify myself over the Internet. I do not have a phone. After three failed attempts I was told that after twelve hours I could try again. I did with the same results. After having used yahoo for years I decided that it was time to find someone else for my emails. I have no trouble being asked to verify who I am. I have trouble with them not accepting my answer when it was correct & shutting me out of my email account. My emails are important ways to communicate with family back home. Maybe yahoo should think before making such a dumb decision. Another lost customer.

Well were to start...ive had a email with yahoo for more years than i can remember, and i just cancelled my acct with them, or did i ??? The mesaage from them after i deativated my acc was ....you can no longer access your acount but we will keep it open for 90/days and im for certain, still allow emails to be added to my inbox...the main reason i deleted my account in the first place i not is it hacked all the *** i was recieving more retarted email into my inbox not my span from unwanted guests that i could not remove from there mailing list, trust me tried...let alone having to change my.password more times in month due to the fact yahoo keeped on changing it without my concent...peace out yahoo..may you rest in pieces....use to like u now your one of the worst....

Stolen Domain

I have been a Yahoo customer for several years,Owned several websites, used their excellent freemail, etc. I bought a domain name from them several years ago [artistsare.us] Yahoo offered to "overhaul this website and turn it into a merchant site". The price sounded good so I accepted. A few weeks later I looked for my site and discovered that they had taken my site down and placed a bunch of ART related ads on the site (ads from my competitors!) When I complained, they ignored me. I stopped the payment for the "site overhaul" and they took away my access to my domain, I cannot transfer the domain without their cooperation and a"transfer authorization code" They refuse to discuss the situation, sending me a form to fill out and sign up with their new brand "Aabaco"! I can't fill out the form because I do not have a cell phone number to give them nor do I have the financial info they insist on in the form! I finally got a real live support person (Daniel) , ( a very polite guy) but he didn't seem to even know what a transfer authorization number is. I have a domain on another hosting service (IPAGE.COM) but can't transfer my domain to them without signing up with Aabaco! I had heard of "domain theft" but didn't think it was possible! I was wrong!! They are now adversing MY domain ((artistsare.us) for sale for ($ 9.95)!!!!!!!!! jameshburgess@***.com howard@***.com

After many bac-and-forths a person from a different department responded (perhaps due to this review). This individual was persistent (in the best sense of the word) and was able to get my refund request honored.

I'm pretty sure yahoo moving over to Aabaco did not help the situation. In the end (after 6 months or so) I got resolution, but it was painful.

Yahoo: Transferred my domain to another provider in Oct 2015. Billed for this domain for another year in Nov. 2015 Aabaco: Will not refund/cancel charges for services rendered from Nov. 2015 to Nov. 2016 for a domain that is not registered through their company. They did offer to not renew billing after Nov 2016. Do not do business with this company without reading the fine print. I don't understand how Aabaco Small Business believes it ethical to bill for services that aren't being rendered.

Yahoo.ca Horror To Login

I occasionally check into my Yahoo Mail. I have had to enter my same correctly typed password numerous times to gain access. Or worse yet, when their system simply refuses to recognize my reentered password, I opt to 'send a Code' to a registered Email Client. I Copy/Paste this Code a few times, but no prize. I then type it in. Still nada. I opt to have them issue a new Code. This one works. I'm in. Why do I bother? Only because I have email archived there. No incentive to take their Service more seriously.

first of all I lost my Yahoo ID there used to be a way for them to identify you by asking you certain personal questions that is no longer the case though they ask you to submit certain information and email it to them and have them send it to you at a different email but they never send you any information what a joke Yahoo has become!!

Extremely disheartened in West Virginia!

I am writing in regard to my "OLD" yahoo account! For some reason I cannot access it! I have tried EVERYTHING to fix this problem but have gotten absolutely NO WHERE!!! I just don't understand??? Why does YAHOO have to make things so d'03& difficult? I have tried everything, even calling the company.....nobody could or WOULD help me, I no longer have access to my contacts....which I really could use! So, I have had to open a new Yahoo account! Which doesn't make any sense to me! I am so disgusted at this point....I could scream!!!
