Been with Yahoo small business for 10 years. Ours was a very simple website+email+merchant starter. Things went bad when we wanted to downgrade to domain registration. Do you know that once you cancel merchant starter, Yahoo! would cancel everything that you had since day one? Yahoo cancelled everything we had. Cancelling was a single button selection; no alternatives or warning of the consequnces. Reaching to Yahoo or aabaco is really a pain. It is worse than then waiting time at the clinic. Talking to customer service at yahoo is no better, because they don't listen to what you need, and they LIE. They lie about calling you back, they lie about the problems you had. Don't these people who talk to you on the smartphone know that smartphones have auto record apps to capture telephone conversations? That, when you promise something or make a statement over the phone, it can be recorded? Yahoo obviously do not know that their brand and company is represented by their contact staff. When Yahoo!'s customer service lie, it represents that the company lie; the people are LIARS! Now Yahoo! would lose our business, and we will tell our friends and business associates what yahoo! did, and they will tell their friends and business associates what yahoo! did, and after a few rounds YAHOO!!!! chapter 11 BOOHOO!!! I had my first NOKIA in 1997 and it was very obvious how NOKIA dug its own grave over the years. When you visit their service centre, pay attention to the kind of staff they have. The staff over here were wearing flipflops with untidy uniform and had language issues when I sent my E61 in....in 2007. I am seeing some similarity in Yahoo! here.
