I have used yahoo messenger for over a year. Got a Android S6 yahoo messenger was working fine. All of a sudden it has stop working on my cell phone. It works fine on my tablet . Keep receiving wrro messeng with aiD/password. Changed password several times. Send messages to yahoo. Made several attempts to contact yahoo by landline with no success. Its been a month now still not working on my Galaxy S6. Why

The problem is not corrected. My messenger was sync from laptop too my cell phone.Yahoo mixed up my yahoo email account and my my yahoo messenger account.

My messenger account is now no longer sync to cell phone.

Aabaco is a Joke

Ever since Yahoo moved my account to Aabaco, they have merged both accounts (my personal account with my business email). Now I receive emails on both accounts and if try to delete from one account, it deletes from the other as well. I spoke to someone Gobin with Incident Number 00069862. This person needed my Credit Card information to solve the problem. I refused to provide this personal information to a person sitting in India, as it has no relevance to my problem. Aabaco seems to be a big joke to yahoo customers.

November 19, 2015 I moved my 2 websites from Yahoo/Aabaco to GoDaddy. A great move!

November 28, 2015, my credit card on record with Yahoo/Aabaco was billed $95.88 for each domain for a total of $191.76. I contacted Aabaco on January 1, 2016 to report the error and ask for a refund. A woman with an Indian accent told me the money would be credited to my credit card. That was more than 3 months ago, 7 phone calls with about 469 minutes (7.8 hours) to get where I am with this issue today .

. . nowhere. I still do not have the return of my money.

Aabaco told me they would call me today between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM my time. There was no call.

Having had my site offline since the change over Aabaco is now unable to take any of my valid credit cards. I gave up with the very poor customer service from India as it took forever just to take my email adress.

CANT ACCESS DOMAINS SINCE SWITCHED TO AABACO

THIS is the worst of the worst, i cant believe how frustrating this is, i had a domain for 5 years now its expiring today and i cant renew it, worst of all i cant get in contact with yahoo or aabaco , this is the worst domain business on the internet the bloody worst of the worst, i cant believe how frustrating they made it and im not the only one, i finally got through to them two weeks ago and they said theyll get back to me and nothing, no domains in my account, and yahoo small business doesnt even work any more. change the date of expiration on teh credit card. I was able to do that, so in theory when it tries to charge again it will fail.

Unable to resolve billing issue

Received 3 past-due emails from Yahoo Billing for our domain account mid November, then a 4th stating account had been suspended. Surprise since we have emails from July,2015 detailing our cancellation of that account, including one from Yahoo confirming the cancellation. We immediately collected previous emails and began an almost 3-week frustrated attempted to contact someone who could resolve this issue. The Customer Service phone support turned out to be useless. By their accent these are obviously foreign operatives, some difficulty understanding and making myself understood. None of the two we finally got thru to gave any indication of fully understanding our issue. They are obviously following a script and never intended to deviate from it. For one we requested a manager and that request was essentially ignored. We can go no further without contact with someone in their Billing department -- too many blockades!

Keep seeing server password change, enter new password on my Samsung

I keep seeing server password changed, enter new password on my Samsung when I want to access my email account sometimes. I have changed the password to protect my email but it keep appearing and sometimes I can't access my account. What do I do to resolve the problem. Please help me solve this problem. It only happens on my Samsung. Again how do I discover phis scam or ensure no hacker hacks into my email account. Why does this server password change, enter new password appear as a problem only on my Samsung. Help protect my email account

no option to say no to the new format, forced to have a pain in the @#$%$#@#$!! new one, Yahoo, not cool, and possibly I need to find a new main email even though I have been using this one for over 8 years. Yahoo Small Business - The Worst Service and Thieves

Yahoo Small Business has charged me for roughly 7 years for a service I didn’t have? They charged me $12.95 a Month for web hosting, which I stopped using around 2008 or 2007? I have several charges from Yahoo all year round for various domain and email services, so I get mixed-up? I call about once or twice a year and get the full run-a-round! Every phone call is the same, garbage service, lies and a promise to speak with a supervisor who can fix this problem “They will definitely call you back” “I Promise” and other “BS” with no return phone calls or change in service. I tried the other day, the customer service person acknowledged my situation and said “ A supervisor will call you back” and “you can trust me”. As usual nothing happened and it’s been 5 days!

YAHOO FINANCE regressed to a primitive non-functional state.

Yahoo destroyed the desktop version of Yahoo Finance and replaced it with an IPad or iPhone oriented version. The new version impairs navigation, visibility and feasibility. It deleted many functions and capabilities. My favorite capability to see different views of the same portfolio disappeared. The serious investor has several windows open on a pair or more monitors and one or more Yahoo Finance windows open. Yahoo has to hire advisers/consultants that understands the needs of their users. I believe a fifth grader do much better. My Credit Union destroyed its desktop version by replacing it with an IPad version which handicapped its navigation, visibility and feasibility. I swiftly switched my accounts to a bank.

Can't access email for 3 days now

My password does not work so I can't access my email. Customer service says they can't either due to there changing companies with Abacco. Customer service is no help. I am quitting yahoo altogether since they keep changing things and have no regard for those of us who call and wait 20 min for someone to answer and then lie and say it will be up tomorrow. Today is tomorrow and I still can't get in. They keep sending me my password recovery instructions to my email that they know I can't access. What a joke! I would never recommend this new yahoo to anyone!

Yahoo! is a joke.

Marissa Meyer has been losing executives by the dozens yet, insists in her failed policies and decisions.

I predict she will be fired soon by the board. in the meantime, the company keeps deteriorating.

I wouldn't buy me one single share of this company, and I would be very cautious when investing hard earned dollars in any of those internet companies.

Glad to see someone else hates it, worst update ever. Yahoo keeps doing the "take it even if we didnt ask" stance.

In addition where they have moved items on the page and the size does not make any sense. I don't want to open a folder to see my folders, I like them right there on the left side. Spam?

now open the folder, pull down to spam. Come on what was wrong with selecting multiples, then hitting the spam button.

Excuse me but who the *** thought this update up?

Without any warning, Yahoo suspended all my families emails. None of us can access our accounts and there are no phone numbers to call. After spending 2 hours on their support page and community forums, we still have no solutions. I was amazed to see thousands of irate customers in Yahoo forums with unanswered complaints. It became clear to me that Yahoo does not care about its customers. We are all switching to Outlook or gmail…but it is frustrating to lose all your contacts and emails. Also, many of our online banking, credit cards, merchant accounts are tied to that email so now we have to switch over all those USER IDs. Yahoo totally sucks.

Yahoo, what have you done with this new (Nov 2015) format change. To be very honest with you it is just horrible. So many functions have just gone POOF! Seriously, I cannot believe you have put this out to all of us who have been loyal users for many, many years. I just do not know rather to completely change my email to another service or not. I never thought that I would think this. I have looked all over in how to revert back and see where you say we cannot do this. Please, please Yahoo almost ALL OF US WANT THE PRIOR VERSION BACK.. Seems like I am gpong through some type of withdrawal or something. I will give this new complete mess you now call the new Yahoo email 1 week to see if you let all of us revert. If not I WILL leave your email service after approx 13 years of loyalty. This new email is downright shameful and that is an honest opinion. I know, I am just one small voice, but I had to say how I feel. Anyone else want to revert?
