Blocked email

I keep blocking an email address and yahoo are still letting the person who uses that email contact me. how many more times do i have to block this person before something is done about them. The email I have blocked is hannapink2016@***.com. Yet you still allow her into my inbox I do not want this person contacting me. Why are you still putting her into my emails . This has got to stop it has now turned to borderline harassment I never gave this woman my email in the first place

if you have a folder in your inbox for this email delete it. or report it as spam. then it should not go to your in box

Yahoo - Account Review from Spring Valley, Nevada

I tapped the yahoo icon on my phone and instead of my account coming up, I was instructed to enter my account number and password. Hadn't needed the pw for so long I forgot it. Followed the directions but each time the system rejected my attempts. For a while it sent codes to my phone, typed in exactly, but always rejected. Found email function but could never submit, system found a reason to reject every one. Entered dozens of 'prove you aren't a robot' tests correctly, all rejected. Caught glimpse of phone number,called it, got we have changed message and no help. Yahoo's customer service is just fine--but the customers aren't us. Advertisers are the customers. Call them! Let them know how worthless Yahoo is. Yahoo's time on this earth is over, and they will get no sympathy from me. Screw them! And if a Yahoo person is monitoring this site, ***!

Too many adds

I don't mind one ad a second now they have split the window to 2 ads and it is driving me crazy - and I don't have the money to stop seeing the ads - I am all for ads but PLEASE YAHOO BE REASONABLE - ONE AD A SECOND IS ENOUGH - I have even purchased some things from the ads on Yahoo E-mail but looking at the flashing ads is driving me crazy and making using Yahoo as my e-mail provider an altogether unpleasant experience - Can someone help me?

Let the company propose a solution

Time for a change at the top of Yahoo

Changes to Yahoo email are 1) ongoing, 2) appear to be untested before going into production, 3)unnecessary, and 4) aggravating to the user. Is it no wonder that the calls for the lady at the top to be replaced? Most recently the song & dance necessary to sign into an email account are not only unbelievable, but TOTALLY ridiculous! The changes over the past year are enough to make a user look to another provider if it weren't so cumbersome. Does Yahoo ever even consider what they are putting their users through with this constant merry-go-round of changes? Give this lady a one way ticket out of town!!!

Lost fantasy basketball playoff first round match up in a tiebreaker.

I finished in 4th place in my yahoo fantasy basketball 12 team league in the regular season.,....my first round match up was against 5th seed. Going into the match up, I had more regular season pts AND a better record. At the end of the games it said I had 1247 points and he had 1246, which means I win by 1 pt. I checked it later tonight and it showed the score was now 1246 for each team...and there was no notification of any stat correction either.....and it shows that I lost this match up and it's the 5th seeded team moving onto the next round. What's going on here? That's not right and if it's a tie score in a playoff match up it only makes sense to give the tiebreaker to the team that has been consistently better all season with their win-loss record and also their total pts....since it's a head to head total points league. Looking forward to hearing from you guys ASAP as the 2nd round match up starts today. Thanks

Yahoo - Can abilities to change cell phone number in reset mode.
I need a phone call from your tech people. To change my password all you help sites are not working. The cell phone that is on file with my yahoo account if incorrect. It is not set up to have a cell number change on the reset page to get the code to re-log into my account. Help. Call me The is my phone number now. It was my sons and is attached to his yahoo account. But this is my new number, 1-30*-815-****

AABACO IS A RIP OFF

I was with Yahoo Small Business for years until they switched to Aabaco. Since then I can't get support in English, or change my password for the last THREE months for my POP access account and with a new computer and a weird non-set by me password - I am having trouble getting access to the account. They have told me for THREE months that they are fixing it and they aren't. DO NOT USE AABACO FOR ANY REASON...
