Yahoo Search

My yahoo search just stopped working, trying to find anything about yahoo to change, fix, sort or what ever is impossible. This is corporate america at it's best, could care less about it's customers. I have had it, will be changing over to something else and yahoo can just go fail as a company. Now I have to add more words to this in order to submit it, how crazy is that? Have you noticed just how unattached IT and the computer world is to it's customers?

Sucky new format.

My acct. recently changed from viewing all the mail at once to only seeing 2 pieces at a time. This sucks and is too slow. When I called their customer service number I got some wog in India who couldn't help . Yahoo, YOU made this change without consulting ME. So, you can just undo it without consulting me as well. Just change my mail back to the old format. And preferably FIRE the jackwagon who dreamed up the new format while you're at it. Thank you. motopissanti@***.com.

Aabaco sucks

just absolutely pitiful. After writing an email (because i don't have 90 minutes to wait on hold to speak with someone who has a completely inadequate english-language ability) I got fed up and sent an email to ask why their technology failed EVERY TIME when I tried to update links to my web site. After an incomprehensible response fro, "Technical Support" I wrote: Your response, while it may be technically accurate, is a complete mystery to me, filled with technobabble and incomprehensible language, to wit: "Therefore, in order to update the blog links, I would request you to delete the blog created and re-create it. Also, WordPress have updated their server/systems and you would have received an email for updating your blog files." I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about, how to do whatever it is you seem to be asking me to do, or how my problem will be resolved — the responsibility for which seems to have been shifted back to me. In other words — what I am seeing is “we are not going to solve your problem. YOU have to solve you problem by completing some mystrerious and exceptionally technically difficult shenanigans that we are not going to help you with. Have a nice day.” I will be closing my account and switching providers at my earliest possible opportunity. Thanks for absolutely nothing. You give customer service people a bad name. Shame on you.

YAHOO FREE CASINO GAMES SUCK

New Yahoo page

Where did the option to view tech or news only go? Now I can click on two subheading on the left... then two more. Then I can SCROLL through large photos of each headline. I just want the headlines... BULLET form... Get it? Off to another home page! Thanks Yahoo! Yahoo Old Format

The new Yahoo platform really sucks. Just an FYI, I can see the old format on my Ipad running version 9.2.1 in private mode. Occasionally it'll want to revert to the new format but I just close out all the windows and re-open it again in private mode. Not sure how long this will last but it'll do for now. I'm unsure why Yahoo decided to change this now. It's counter intuitive and really borderline censorship when you aren't allowed to voice your frustration and or concerns on their own developed platform.

New format is no improvement

When the change was made, features like the side scrolling pictures with stories went away. Now if you click on a story, it gives a teaser then you have to click yet again to get to the story which of course, means more loading time, more ads, more of everything except what I 'm clicking on. If this is the new, 'better' version, I'll take the old, thanks. This site is in a downward spiral from fluff reporting to execution of basic functions. Who in Yahoo doesn't have their head hopelessly immersed in their backsides?

Yahoo outsourcing to Aabaco Small Business

What a huge mistake Yahoo made. They migrated accounts to what appears to be an outsourcing company called Aabaco Small Business. You have to create an Aabaco account before you can make any changes or cancel. The website is very very slow and there is at least a 20-30 min wait time for customer service. I was disconnected / hung up on a call when the customer service rep who had a heavy India sounding accent could not give me an answer. My next call I was lucky to get someone who could help. It took Aabaco over 1 week to process the moving of my domains to another provider and they would not do a refund. Yahoo will never have my business again. Good luck to any of you who do not switch !

Goodbye Yahoo

Your new homepage sucks. What happened to the slide show? Did a 10 year old design the page? I am not on a freaking phone. I thought on God's green earth you could not have designed a worse page than the first update but I was completely wrong. You need to ask people what they think of these design changes before you go off half-cocked. I just deleted one yahoo email account because of obnoxious ads and in the process of deleting another.

Recently called yahoo for assistance with my email and the representative s were down right rude and totally disrespectful in every way when asked why does it cost 100.00 to change acount info and when asked for a manager they hung up and said call again I'm file a harassment case all we were trying to do is fix an email it's not rocket science to provide decent costomer service a monkey can do that this service from Yahoo is down right REDICULOUSE and needs to be changed asap no one should have to deal with that type of costomer service your costomers are everything you possibly them off theyl go somewhere else

What's "REDICULOUSE?"

Yahoo is presently going thru some very hard times, both financially and in management. Seems the token female they hired to run the place has failed---surprise---and they are laying off employees, etc. I would advise finding another email company to service your needs.

NOT YAHOO, but YA Screw

Yahoo did it again. They now have a new email set up that is totally counter intuitive and dysfunctional. The operative phrase is NOT "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" but for Ya Screw the slogan should be "if it ain't fixed, break it". It seems they arbitrarily decided to replace their previous less than desirable Yahoo Mail format with something out of the wilderness, and created a new system that is impossible to work with. Thank goodness Google and other email accounts are available. Adios Ya booooo.

Go back to earlier email version. This 'new' look is crap.

New Yahoo page is terrible.

There are now only four articles at the top of the page and more often than not they are not very interesting. Furthermore, the location now displayed for the weather on the top right of the page is now nowhere near where I live. I used to enjoy going through the stories every night, but now there is nowhere near as much good content as there used to be. If this isn't changed I will have to look for a new page for my news. I use Yahoo email so it will be pain to have to use a different page for news and email.

EPIC FAIL Yahoo!!!!!!!!! Why screw with something that is working. At a minimum you should offer an opt-out for those that loved you as you were.
