Email Service Review

For the past month or so, Yahoo email service has been worse ever! Very slow and most of the time it says Yahoo not responding. I have Verizon service. I have even had sent emails fail without a notice! This needs to be corrected or just forward all emails to my gmail acct. Randy S.

Home page does not load on Yahoo startup

No reply or acknowledgement from Yahoo. Their generic page loads when I start Yahoo. My home page which is listed at the startup page does not load. This is a continuing pain in the a__. There appears to be absolutely no interest in customer experience at Yahoo. They do not track complaints from their customers. They have no interest in what their customers think about there site or service. There is no contact listed on their site. My opinion is that this is not listed because it only produces complaints about their service and the managers do not like to read these issues surfaced or resolve them.

It totally"! Deplorable"! How you can't delete your account on " YAHOO.COM

On February 16th I went to sign in my Yahoo"! Account"! Only to be asked for my yahoo I'd code. I did'nt remember it. So I proceeded to check to mark the dot that said/forgot yahoo I'd. Well"!!... they ask me for for my cell number so that they can send my code. It took them almost twice to send it once. That was a red flag for me on what to expect next"! Then finally, after sending it. I was allow unlock my email, and all yahoo has offer. But"?" I proceeded to reset my devise. Only to find out I ended up licked out of my account again"! So I went back to the Link: Having trouble signing to sign in. Or can't sign in account. They took back to whole the whole procedure once more"! Only to find out that when I then put in my the right yahoo I'd code"! The cell number they sent"! Was not mine. Not cell number/ nor/home number. Now"! I really don't don't like pointing fingers at certain persons in this corporation. But it is Deplorable for a any service to take advantage of anyone's accounts, and blame it on persons that live outside the company. Upgrading service is beginning to cost to us more money. And I'm quit sure"! Yahoo, Comcast, as well as Facebook, and Twitter among this networking places know this. Look"! Our world is crumbling"! Our chi,seen in some states, as well as cities are not getting a great education. And our economy, has been a free for all to take advantage of making you companies totally forget who"??? Buys your products and sign up for accounts. Well, I have done many investigating tin bits on this subject. Codes don't work. And to be frank. Each network that you John. Reads your information even when you are on there websites( Facebook is good for that) . What type of real business persons people would allow a bunch of Snot"! Noise"! College"! Kids"! Began something some could website, that they give for free"?! And boast about" How we give it to you Free"! Why"? Don't don't you wioe yourself"! Because without us as consumer"! Yahoo has started disguising advertising as news

OK, I know this happens but it is usually obvious. Twice today I have read articles from yahoo news that were more surreptitious in nature. It was only after I did more research that I discovered that the article was total BS. This wasted my time and violated any trust I had in yahoo. Never again will I read the trash yahoo spews out to make a buck. I have been using yahoo for email since 1995 but am now considering using a different provider. This would cause a great deal of pain because my contacts, which are numerous, would need to update their systems. In my opinion, he new yahoo CEO is the definition of "The Peter Principle".

Cannot contact Yahoo for service or complaint, they have removed phone and email help

I cannot receive emails, but can send since last night at midnight. Tried to contact Yahoo and found out they don't want you to contact them. I have searched and Yahoo states on their webiste they no longer have support or service by phone or email. In other words, they do not want to hear your problem and don't give a *** about the customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All the phone numbers listed, including the one they list with the Better Business Bureau, are disconnected or no longer valid. Every search I have tried states you cannot contact them for immediate help. Only with Twitter and Facebook and then only can leave a message.

It's kind of funny that they are so eager to collect your cell phone number and an alternate email address for "protect your account" but are not willing to give anyone an email address or phone number if they are having troubles with yahoo. What else are they using these numbers for?

Selling your number to telemarketers and your alternate email address to spammers? It is unbelievable that a company like yahoo wouldn't have a customer service telephone number or email to contact them at.

Took my Account away. I called said it would be ok and now nothing again. now there is no way to get with a human. I am losing money because of this. If no help comes with all the correspondence I am taking all my accounts off. This is such garbage I even had a person walk me through it all and they then tell me I need to give it time. Time is up, and i still cannot get help at all. I have been with yahoo since 1999. you think they would want to keep their long timers, but I guess they could give a ***..

Yahoo cares very little about the harassment and threats made to its users

Yahoo doesn't care one bit about the harassment and threats made to their users by haters and trolls in the news comments sections, I have complained all the way to Marissa Mayer and not a thing done, I went to Secret Service since the person had made threats to the President through yahoo and not a thing done and the harassment, threats and constant hacking into my account is still being done. Meanwhile yahoo knows the person just as well as I do and they let him continue. There is constant racial hatred and hatred of anything imaginable by this troll/hater but yahoo permits it. The person logs onto the site with a bot that has thousands of user names and yahoo permits it. This person is chatting on every single article there is and yahoo permits the hatred. Many parents are refusing to let their children access yahoo for very good reasons as if I had a child I wouldn't let them any where near yahoo as they just do not care, their customer service sucks big time you are on hold for at least 20 minutes if you call them and you never get a response through email. Yahoo blames you for anything wrong.

VERY poor email

Slow upload times, slow email response times in sending, all in all, a poor experience. The ads banners are extremely annoying. Business mail blocked by Yahoo, no support ...

When our mail users send mail to a Yahoo user, the mail is blocked by them. After more than a week I'm trying to contact them ... One mail came through but ... I can't reply on it because ... they are blocking our mail. Than I tried to Twitter them. No reaction. I filled out an application to send bulk mail (although we are not). No answer. I redid the hole support flow to get another message to them. The only mail, mentioned above, was to apply for a bulk mail thingy. So, not had a single helpfull word from them and we still can't send mail to yahoo users. I only can recommend to go somewhere else for whatever you need. NOT YAHOO.

Bad customer service

I wasn't able to access my email because I forgot my security questions. So I called to see if there was any way to get back on my email. I was on hold for about 15 minutes until a very robotic sounding man picked up and immediately asked for my name. I gave him my name. He then asked for my email, which i spelled out for him. After that he went silent. I wasn't sure if he was there so I told him what my problem was, specifically that I couldn't access my account because I didn't know my security questions. He said he has to verify if the email is mine with a few questions. He begins to ask me my security questions. So I repeated to him that the reason I was calling was because of that. He tried asking other questions but I told him I can't remember any of that. He then said I should call up their customer service because he can not help me at the time. I was pretty sure I was already at their customer service. Overall, the man was very robotic and not friendly. He would go silent, and never asked if i needed help with anything. I ended up solving the problem on my own, so I have no idea why he couldn't help me.

Yahoo shut off my emailadress which I have used for 17 years

Emails dont reach me any more. You can reach Yahoo customer service at any time,So your post is not true.Also why did you not telephone AT&T customer service if you really had a serious problem with your Yahoo service?Sounds like you are having a problem that you do not have to have.I have yahoo and I have never had a problem with getting thru to Yahoo or AT&T.Posting on this site is not going to fix what ever problem you might be having OK.1-80*-***-****

Ignored money taken no listing

Dear Sir/Madam -- I have been attempting to advertise with Infoserve for years , they continually got my map positions and telephone numbers wrong and enhansed listings not appearing despite being paid for , then it seems impossible to find my listings in results , please can i be refunded or treated as a valued customer , they ignore most emails about these issues , though I have had some helpful people sometimes . I am a small business trying to grow and the whole thing is so frustrating I nearly asked my bank to clawback my funds , WHY are your customers treated this way ??? http://www.bbc-antiques.co

This is my experience too, very disappointed. The campaign run by Infoserve under-performs and is more expensive than when I was running the account myself.

I have found the customer service to be absolutely appalling. Ignored phone calls, emails, not fulfilling promises, the list goes on.

Lovely sales team lady, once you paid, you got transferred to cowboys. Paid £100 a month for AD Campaign.

After 5 weeks all i received is a PDF file with some numbers. No Data details provided at all, no access to your own Campaign. Unable to find yourself on Bing, Yahoo, But blaming that you have short budget, expecting that you pay more. Pay more?

*** enough to trust them at the first place.

Claiming i received 88 clicks within 5 weeks, so £1.00 for 1 click? Stay away from them!

Ads at top of e-mail listing (as well as at side)

I can't stand the ads at the top of the e-mail listing. The ones at the side are bad enough, but at least you can get rid of them (over and over admittedly). I have tried to opt out of ads, but you have to pay something like $45 per year to have ad-free e-mail. I find the whole thing abusive and quite greedy, and I make a point of not looking at the content of the ads, particularly at the top (although they are fiercely and nauseatingly brightly coloured) and if I do happen to catch the name of some horrific product, I resolve never to buy that product. That at least makes me feel somewhat better.

As soon as I am allowed to access and retrieve my files I am leaving them for good.

They have decided they now want to provide support that sucks and suck the life out of the customer. Watch your credit card, they will charge you and charge you and charge you too.
