Yahoo customer service e supervisor was rude and antagonist to me
I am a 60 year old disabled woman living alone on Social Security disability. I live below the poverty limit. I started noticing a $5.00 charge on my checking account for yahoo Mai plus. For 3 months I was charged. My Daughter who I depended on passed away recently. Her funeral cost was over $6000.00 I asked for my subscription to be shut off and to please refund the $15.00 already paid. The supervisor became very antagonist and talk over me while I tried to explain. Please refund my payment.

Can’t get setup mailbox on my new phone
They want to charge me for helping me. I don't think I should have to pay. Now they want me to count my characters in my text.
