I have heard absolutely nothing from Yahoo. They just don't react. Yahoo says nothing. Yahoo stays silent.

Cant get into email

I dropped my phone almost a week ago and the screen shattered causing me to have to buy another.well since I can't get into the broken phone for my password and yahoo don't recognize the new phone they have put me thru *** I've explained to them by email ANd text and one can never get customer service on phone so that's another trip thru ***

User's recommendation: Make sure to back up your info and always know that if you don't want to go to *** make sure to keep all passwords handy.

DToday I had my accounts hacked. I was able to recover one of them with no issues; the second account I was not able to get into due having an old number attached to it. I had to submit a new email to my bank to reset my password due to an attempt on my bank account....

Yahoo has hijacked a folder in my email account. I cannot get past the page that is trying to sell me Norton security. I cannot access the emails in that folder and I need them to do research!!!! Please tell me how to get rid of the ad in my folder. Thank you

I tried to access someone at Yahoo who could help with resetting my wifes password. I never got anyone to help me out. The Yahoo staff helping me we incompetent and didnt understand my issues. I spent hours on the phone with Yahoo staff that were worthless....

Poor quality news sourcing by Yahoo News

Yahoo continues to post/display "news" from the Washington Examiner newspaper, despite the fact that this news in unsubstantiated and terribly biased. This is being done by Yahoo News to "balance" their reporting. There are many more creditable conservative news sources than the Washington Examiner which Yahoo could use, but they use the Examiner because it fits their reader algorithm and is meant to stir and utilize extremely negative reader reaction to enhance their readership numbers. I am sick of it and want Yahoo News to stop using the Washington Examiner.
