I tried to access someone at Yahoo who could help with resetting my wifes password. I never got anyone to help me out.
The Yahoo staff helping me we incompetent and didnt understand my issues. I spent hours on the phone with Yahoo staff that were worthless. The only accomplishment of there staff was to get me locked out of the account 3 times due to to there incompetence. I was charged $47.00 by a support site that didnt do anything for me except charging my account.
In fact the account is still unavailable to be reset. I would not recommend Yahoo to anyone.
How an organization with such poor service and issue response of a helpful nature can be satisfied with their public appeal, is beyond understanding. In short and to the point, Yahoo has a F___ed up organization thats with Bull *** staff response.
User's recommendation: Use G mail.
Monetary Loss: $47.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
