I cannot access the company account for months
The messages cannot be sent to my phone. I keep logging in, but at step 2, no messages are sent. Coming tGghhhhh$$$$$&&&&&@@@@@

Cant access my email
I can't access my email and no longer have access to the recovery email and number. I wanted to regain access as it is very important to me that I regain access to it.
Please help. I have done all possible ways and means, but still can't access.

I have been a Yahoo email subscriber for probably over 20 years. Today I got a message to delete emails, upgrade to more storage, or I would no longer be able to send and receive emails.
I have been a paid subscriber for the last several years. I get over 200 emails a day, mostly unwanted. I mark important emails with a star and would like an easy way to delete unstarred emails. I just spent 30 minutes with an online representative who, after much wasted time, tells me that feature isn't available.
The new options are half the storage or five times the storage for an increased fee. I don't need the storage if they make a simple filter that is the most obvious of what could be needed.
I don't delete 200 emails a day because I would have to go through them one by one when a very simple filter would allow me to get rid of them all very easily. Clearly, Yahoo does not value its customers.

My account was deactivated
Please reactivate my Yahoo account that was deleted. The details are as follows; djukpanomiragua@***.com. Please I need my account re-opened because it's the mail I used to login my Facebook account, and without it reactivated years of archive and memory will be lost.
Please help me I'll keep the account active.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I actually made contact with the powers that be.
(I cannot say who since this is not customary), but it got resolved within a couple days after contact was made. Asking for a supervisor only had me hung up upon by 3 different support people when I requested one.
It was 8 days being down, many missed orders before phoning the PTB. Keep all print outs of chat session and record each support session.
It is now Sunday night--so I have been out of business due to not being able to get assistance from anyone at yahoo.com email since last Tuesday evening. I did receive a phone call at 9AM on Sunday from the "supervisor" that was not available on Saturday night; however, I was at church.
She asked me to call her back; however, their HOURS are weekdays only even though the paid support says 24/7. So--my response is that the supervisor I asked for at 9PM on Saturday did call on Sunday at 9AM. It is now 3:30AM on Monday morning. I have spent 2 days trying to change all of my account user names and PW's for all of my clients.
Some I cannot change--and they are not in on Sunday's. On Monday at 9AM, I will spend a full day just making phone calls to change user names from my now missing email address. All of this because yahoo.com support could not just give me a temporary PW so that I could clear this up like every other email service would do!! Word of warning: DO NOT do 2-step verification on their email system.
It seems that you only have 3 tries to put in your correct PW, then you are locked out for 24 hrs.
BUT--even going 36 hrs did not resolve the issue. (Even my IT guy could not get it cleared up with anyone at yahoo.com support.) On Monday morning I will start trying to get some of my clients back!
I have spent 4 full days on your chat line and paid customer support--NONE were able to help me get back into my account. This is my BUSINESS email and as of now I have likely lost $5000 to $7000 worth of business. All I need to do is change my PW--why can none of your support methods help me with this? Send me a simple code to my alternate email as listed above and let me get back to work!!!
I just keep getting referred back to chat and they say they cannot help! Paid support and regular support also say that there is nothing they can do. Where do I go from here? I stopped trying to sign in for over 36 hours--tried again and STILL no help.
All I hear is "there is nothing I can do".
I requested a supervisor---there are "none around". One day I finally did speak to a supervisor and got the SAME answer.
