Talking To a LIVE person at Yahoo is VERY time consuming!!
Asked the Yahoo rep. why they are no longer offering to Text as code to my cell phone; that's how I've often done it for DECADES and yet Yahoo offered no ANSWER THAT WAS HELPFUL

Switch to G-Mail -- New Yahoo Mail Is Just a Gmail Want-To-Be!
- - Yahoo Mail mimics Gmail and performs poorly.
- - Avatars oversized and dull.
- - No time-based categories; no scroll bar; Next Page.
Yet again, the New Yahoo Mail is trying to become G-Mail only to drive its users to ditch it for the real G-Mail. Yahoo's constant new e-mail appearances and less functionality is getting worse.
The latest "New" look is the worst -- the sender initials icons (which are called "avatars") are huge dots with dreadful colors that don't serve any purposes except making you dizzy.
Worse than being ugly, e-mails are no longer divided into categories for Yesterday, Last Week, etc., so it is just a list of ongoing e-mails which you must click the "Next Page" icon or click the down button to go to the next page, one page at a time. That's right, no continuously scrolling down because there is no scroll bar and the Page Down button on your keyboard no longer works. Be prepared to click 100 times if you need to go to an e-mail from last year.
Just TOO MANY PROBLEMS to list with this "New Yahoo Mail" and, after wasting so much time struggling to make things work, I am leaving Yahoo Mail like many, many users and moving my business to G-mail.
Yes, it's a bit of work but totally doable and worth it. I am not affiliated with G-mail in any way; I just don't want to waste time on Yahoo Mail anymore.

Cannot access my google account
Not having a 1-800 number or a live person to speak to is a problem. When unable to access Google accounts, that service needs to be available. Have a phone number to call to speak to somebody.
Preferred solution: To be able to access my Google account and be able to speak to somebody, to access it.

Attachments bigger as 25mb not to send.
Attachments bigger than 25 MB should not be sent when the files are actually smaller than 25 MB.

Help in accessing my emails
- - The Yahoo Mail app update locked me out of two accounts.
- - Four days without access despite following steps.
- - Recovery options unavailable; data at risk.
With a recent update of Yahoo mail app they locked me out of my two accounts. I'm very upset and trying for 4 days cannot access my account no matter what I try. I have tried every Avenue that they recommend they say I do not have a recovery account therefore I don't have or access my old emails which I have many personal information on which is very important to my business endeavors.

- - Persistent spam and vulgar scams flood Yahoo mail several times daily.
- - They want easier bulk deletion and may switch if the issue isn't fixed.
I have had Yahoo for over 30 years, and I believe I am finally going to find another website more reliable than your service. You have no one to talk to that's alive!
I will leave you as soon as I decide on a new website for my needs. The reason for leaving is that my spam account fills with dirty, vulgar scams and messages 3 or 4 times a day. I do not have the time nor the patience to fill out each email address to delete them one at a time! If you can correct this problem, I will stay.
If not, I will go on a campaign asking everyone else who uses Yahoo to go elsewhere also. It probably doesn't matter to you, but it will give me some satisfaction. I can't believe you allow this filth on your website!
You have the know-how and the money to do away with this, but I guess you don't care and are only worried about making money like all other greedy corporations. Everything in the end will catch up with you, and I'm talking about our Lord above.

Email does not work will not let me log in

I set up this account and thought it was good to log in. It says it doesn't recognize the account.
I lost my other account because I broke my phone and did not remember the password. I did not think it would be that hard to make a new account.
If someone can reach out, that would be great. I lost my fantasy leagues because I locked myself out in the playoffs.

Yesterday I called your tech service...
- - 45-minute wait for tech support; issue not resolved.
- - Emails freeze periodically, blocking medical info; supervisor contact not received.
Yesterday I called your tech service line.waited on lone for 45 mins. My problem is that I have standard yahoo.com and every couple of months you freeze my emails.i was told it is not a policy to do that but if I open the apt it would resolve the problem.i stated I did not want to do that but preferred what I had.i asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would be contacted in 15 mins.
That didnt happen.i was lied to twice.i want someone to contact me so the policy of freezing my emails in order for me to use your stops.
Im 79 years old with medical issues and by you purposely freezing my account I am blocked from getting needed medical information I dont know what your pissed policy is. I will acknowledge it with reservasions
