i cannot access my account, and i have my email and password. in order to connect to the new phone, they ask me to log in to the old device, which is a phone that i performed a reset on.

Hung up on me and said something but didnt hear them

Just need to get into my account for work reasons

I can verify past emails and other details but just dont have my number associated with this account anymore

I hoped that yahoo will respond to my message and help me recover my account but it seems that they simply do not care.

I've lost hundreds of dollars worth of a steam account and LOTS of very important data just because of this and i will make sure to sue their company for this deed as they do not care about other people security.

I will use for now on gmail as it's much simpler and their support is actually WORKING and not only working if you pay them more just because you're a greedy company. AVOID yahoo at all cost

All of my emails disappeared 2/11/25, along with all of my folders. I am getting present emails but my inbox of all previous emails r gone.

So, in order to get help from their customer support, as I spoke with one of them, you need to pay. It doesn't matter that you need to recover your account and it is their fault.

If you want to recover it, you need to pay; otherwise, they won't help you as per company policy.

I wonder why an account recovery with all solutions isn't free or in FAQ. You find 'everything' there but not information about accessing your account if you can't.

I can't access an email address that I know the password to, due to having changed my phone number. There is no possible way to get any assistance with Yahoo without sending them money.

No other service with any other company I have ever needed help with charges me for help. I will make sure to never use their services or buy anything associated with them in the future.

The website is NOT user friendly and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOW they say I will not be able to access for 30 days.
