Dont know exactly what went wrong but couldnt receive any emails all of a sudden, password wouldnt work, and nothing worked for me to change the password! Customer service worked to get a new password, etc!
My password has been changed on my account, and I can only access my email through my recovery email. I have tried to get customer service, but they don't offer any help in Canada, and when I try to send them an email, it just keeps rerouting me to the original page.
So, I have no way to contact anyone to help me.
It is beyond frustrating. I wish there was a zero rating because they don't deserve a one.
Please solve my issue.
