The issue was not resolved. I can't receive emails for work.
Customer service was not helpful. There was too much noise in the background
If Intellicheck verification process isn't working through no fault of your own they have no other way to verify you and won't help you even if you paid for technical support.
Customer service is an overstatement. I've received no help whatsoever from yahoo, they don't offer help in South Africa apparently.
Number doesn't exist when I try to phone. The only assistance offered is resetting my password.
That doesn't fix emails not being received. Utterly disgusted with yahoo
