Why does Yahoo continue to allow misleading Ads which purport to offer various expensive products at unbelievably low prices but only take your money and never provide the actual product as shown. These misleading and fake ads appear daily on Yahoo and utilize various "bait and switch"and/or farcical "Terms of Service" disclaimers to con your online readers and those of us who have accounts with Yahoo out of our money. By turning a blind eye and allowing these *** ads, I feel that you are acting in bad faith to the online readers that utilize your site to get their news each day. In effect, somewhat of a silent complicity in these scams.

It is obvious to me that who ever placed this ad has no intention whatsoever of actually shipping the tool cart and tools as shown in the picture that appears in this ad, for the simple fact that the offer is too good to be true.
Although a hopeful buyer may be duped into purchasing what appears to be a once in a lifetime chance to buy a $499 steel tool cart that includes 6 drawers filled with 492 tools for just $39.90, the devil is in the details. The advertisement's nonsensical Terms of Service would seem to be a joke were it not for the fact that real money is being swindled.

The terms above would appear to imply that even if the Buyer gets ripped off, he or she is bound by the conditions set forth in such Terms of Service in which the said Buyer is notified that the Product description is probably inaccurate and the item that they receive will not be anything like what they thought they were purchasing. Also, even though the Seller knowingly is full of *** and stealing your money, the Buyer agrees that he or she can't do a damn thing.
So, come on YAHOO, what are you going to do about removing these misleading ads?
User's recommendation: Don't fall for these "Too good to be true" offers that are being advertised on YAHOO.
