Removed "View My Comments" (again)
Yahoo tried this once before and had a billion complaints. They removed the button to view my comments, all of them, all articles.
People that comment like to see how others react to their point of view. Without that feedback people will stop commenting. Perhaps that's the corporate motive, but if people can't participate they will stop using Yahoo, just as I have.
Why they keep "improving" things that make the experience worse is hard to understand. Yahoo was about as good as it will ever be.
From here on out, improving it produces negative results.

Over the years a lot of changes have been with yahoo web site, email, and the comment section. Had to open multiple spam accounts. Because I kept getting band from yahoo's comment boards. Yahoo is so liberal and bias its ridiculous!
I alway's hated the thumbs up and thumbs down concept! They finally got rid of the thumbs down and replaced it with a heart. Who *** idea was that? Now they bring the thumbs down back again!
Again, who's *** idea was that? The new layout of the comment section sucks! It takes me forever to scroll down to the comment section. Because of the twitter feedback being used as news reports.

Yahoo's "verification" system and policy makes it impossible to log in even when you know your password
Have an old email I don't use much, so rarely logged in on the computer. Mostly checked from phone for the past decade.
When I tried to log in via computer, it wouldn't let me even though I entered the password correctly. It wanted me to "verify" that I'm me, using an email address that no longer exists. No alternative process is provided--whoever thought of this clearly did not think it through. Found many other complaints about the same problem on places like Reddit and so on.
I contacted Yahoo via one of those channels and they said the only way I could get help was their "Yahoo plus" subscription service--so basically holding your account hostage until you pay. I said no thanks and did nothing for a while, then recently found a free trial for it, so I went ahead and took it, and contacted them again. They ran me through the hoops of late night chat and waiting for an email response and in the end said, "Sorry, we don't have enough info to verify you're the account owner"--even though I had written them emails from the account in question via my phone. Unbelievable how nonsensical this "verification" policy is.
In any case, in the process I at least found some email addresses for them.
Maybe if enough people complain they'll realize they need to change their approach. I suggest sending to all three addresses at once and resending periodically until someone responds:

Lost Emails
I've had a Yahoo Mail account for about 40 years and was always able to log into it. Sometime with difficulty but always able.
The last was on the January 15 on the 16 the login didn't have record of my account. I had name and password on computer, so I know the account and password was accurate. Their help site has no agents available at this time regardless of what time it is.
I have found I can pay for support. I wonder how much they have made off my information in the past 40 years.

Locked out of email account
I was locked out of email account that I've had for 12+ years. Yahoo rep had me text my driver's license to them 3 times to verify my identity.
Agent told me on third attempt that my identification could not be verified and the account would remain locked.
I asked the agent to close the account so any emails would be rejected but he refused. The agent, Mark, also said that Yahoo could not forward the existing emails in the account to another Yahoo account.

Majority of my emails were without a warning recently. Many of them had important stuff.
Even those in the Starred folder were gone!
I checked Spam and Trash, and they weren't there either. Not a single trace of those emails were found!
This was either a malicious *** or there was a corruption in their database. Either way, this is not acceptable.

What I don't understand is why nobody has called out George Floyd for breaking quarantine. He would have never interacted with police if he had not done that.
The right can't handle what the left has been doing since Trump's covid-19 infection announcement for the following reasons: 1. Trump had his bubble popped about covid-19 not being something to worry about and can't use it anymore in his campaigning because of his infection.
2. Trump ridicules Biden at the debate about mask wearing and then 2 days later he announces he's got covid-19. This is one of the main reasons the left is laughing at him. 3.
Announcements came out about Trump's inner circle having covid-19 infections. Again, another reason for the left to laugh at Trump's administration. 4. The devil can only be teased so much before he bites you in the ***.
