Yahoo tried this once before and had a billion complaints. They removed the button to view my comments, all of them, all articles.

People that comment like to see how others react to their point of view. Without that feedback people will stop commenting. Perhaps that's the corporate motive, but if people can't participate they will stop using Yahoo, just as I have.

Why they keep "improving" things that make the experience worse is hard to understand. Yahoo was about as good as it will ever be.

From here on out, improving it produces negative results.

Like Facebook. It's been "improved" into worthlessness.

I have not been contacted by Yahoo news. I wish I could change my e-mail address so I wouldn't have to look at this garbage.

Been with yahoo since the beginning. Been on the comment boards since 2007.

Over the years a lot of changes have been with yahoo web site, email, and the comment section. Had to open multiple spam accounts. Because I kept getting band from yahoo's comment boards. Yahoo is so liberal and bias its ridiculous!

I alway's hated the thumbs up and thumbs down concept! They finally got rid of the thumbs down and replaced it with a heart. Who *** idea was that? Now they bring the thumbs down back again!

Again, who's *** idea was that? The new layout of the comment section sucks! It takes me forever to scroll down to the comment section. Because of the twitter feedback being used as news reports.

Yahoo journalism sucks! Bad reporting or incomplete articles! Another thing that bugs me the most. When the word "viral" is over used in a headline!

Another thing that bothers me the most commenters always their politics in non related topics! Ever since the 2008 election when president obama had. For the last eight years. Trolls had called me a racist and biggot.

Each time I fight back I would get banned. But yahoo lets these liberal trolls get away with! I just wonder how many of these liberal paid trolls get actually get banned? Another that yahoo has been doing.

Auto censoring comments. This has been going on for years! Yahoo has the worst layout comment section on the internet! Why yahoo can't hire moderators?

I been to many message boards on the internet alot of them are well designed and easy to navigate! Tired of trolls abusing the thumbs down button!

I also contacted Josue to have him come help me, as my first primary original husband, Father God Almighty, gave to me many years ago. Way before this long, painful homeless shelters transitions started against my right since 2/25/2023 in Massachusetts! Above all, I need my priority family members in my life: my first loving husband, Pierre Guiliano, and my two sons and my cat to be home with them for the rest of my life.

That's my right and must be respected everywhere in the United States of America. I decide what's good for me; no one should continue to cross the boundaries of God's authority over my life in the United States of America.

Yahoo email stopped working. Signed out and signed back in hoping to 'cure' the problem.

Not sure why it stopped delivering emails, and feared it might have been compromised.

Never had an issue before in using email account name and password. This time, however, Yahoo required additional 'verification' information -- information I did not have like a key code or an emergency code allegedly set up decades ago!

Apparently, Yahoo has instituted additional 'verification steps.' None work. But they did provide an 800 number option for recovery of the account when all else fails, saying I would need a driver's license, USA credit card, mobile phone, and internet access. I had all.

But they could not access the account without the information that does not exist.

This is ridiculous: they add a new 'verification process' which I cannot meet and then, despite having an 800 number that says 'Yahoo PAID Customer Service' will be able to address the problem, when you call -- if you can penetrate the system's requirement for a six-digit code -- you get put into a loop that is nearly impossible to penetrate.

Once you get a 'representative,' however, despite the website's claim that one can recover an account with the above-specified information, the representative will be unable to do anything and will not get you a supervisor with whom to escalate the issue to tech support which has to be able to bypass the newly added requirements for people like me who do not have the required information on file with Yahoo. I for one am reluctant to give such information to a third party like Yahoo because of the risk of it being compromised by Yahoo.

This is consumer fraud!

Use any other email account service.

This is my story and I think I'm not alone like this... I am pretty desperate.

All my Yahoo Mail addresses that I have, I can't enter anymore. You made a pretty bad thing. I have 4 mail addresses; each 2 is the other's recovery address. How can I enter to get the code if each asks for a code to verify it?

I can't get the codes because you decided to re-verify all of them again at the same time. I had used them and verified them one at a time 1-2 weeks prior to me not being able to enter. After 1 week, you made it impossible for me to go into my emails. I need help but I don't know where to write.

I set up an Apple email account now in hopes that anybody in Yahoo will help me recover my emails. I have 7 accounts in total and can't enter any of them. I was not told that this scenario can happen or that it was mandatory to put a secondary way of verifying the mail. You took away my possibility to work in one second because I had just one way to recover for each of them, which I thought should be enough.

It's pretty harsh and all I can do now is beg for help. Thank you for your understanding... Please help me; I’m desperate in this moment. Blessings, peace, and love.

Please let people enter their email addresses without the extra verification so they can first enter and afterward they can set another way of recovery... To be honest, this is not a real recovery as I know my passwords, which means I can enter, but due to the so-called re-authentication most probably made by the AI as a mandatory thing in the new Yahoo Mail, I can't enter as my recovery is the other email addresses that ask for the same code to enter and as you can clearly realize, I can’t enter or get any of the codes.
