Poor customer service

Doesn't give a number that isn't without cost to talk to a human. Says I will receive a response by email. That's my point - need assistance with email

It's not over with yet, but so far the experience has not provided any answers. I left my phone number and question in the box. Called a couple of phone numbers. Both were for pre-paid customers. So, needless- to -say, I hung up. If you are to offer a public service, i.e. "email", there should be a way to call a human, and the hours in which that task could be accomplished, should be published.

You don't let me make ANY kind of comment even if it's "inappropriate". I wven tried posting the word "me" as a comment that was rejected so please explain this. Also, having to sign up and pay just to get help from an online agent is crazy, even the worst customer service companies in the world don't make you pay for that.

I have contacted Yahoo Costumer Service many times inclouded 17, Apr, and 6, and 11, and 14, and 18, June, unfortunately no-one contacted or reply me, thay's realy no good.

To recover my password

I am not using my yahoo mail since long time. I forgot my recovery ids as well. I need to use my yahoo id its nearly imposble. There is no help from yahoo. Its so ridiculous. No contact number. Even if we try no response. I dont remember my recovery mail id n recovery phone number. Other number which l gave u r not sending mesges to tht

Still haven't heard from them

Like I said above I still haven't heard from them I'm still locked out for no reason. I have my phone I use to receive verification sms but still it refuses to unlock

THE APP CHANGED THE WAY I GET IN AND OUT OF MY EMAIL WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! IT FORCES ME TO USE MY PHONE TO ACCESS IT EVEN THOUGH I STILL REMEMBER MY PASSWORD!!!
