Unable to process request??

Cant open email as I get unable to process request message whenever I try to access account. It appears this is a known issue but Yahoo wont give a date for fix. What about my emails in the meantime??

User's recommendation: Avoid if you want reliable access to mail.

Cannot get email on my phone

I tried to call the number that was posted and it said I would need a credit card to pay for the call. I ended up figuring out the answer for myself. I don't think there is a Yahoo support.

User's recommendation: Figure it out yourself. You're not going to get any help from Yahoo.

Access to email!

Thanks to Donna, talked to several support people for at least 3 hours total. Donna fixed my problem. Very patient and knowledgeable. She deserves special recognition.

Cannot open images on emails

I was unable to view any images on my Yahoo emails for two days. I could open emails but no pictures were there. When I tried contacting customer service and learned I would have to pay to speak to someone, I hung up. What kind of customer service is that? Ive had my Yahoo account for years and this was the second time I recall ever needing help. Anyway, the problem has resolved itself at this point - no thanks to your customer service.

Yahoo - Spam is absolutely out of control…..
Continually getting a minimum of 20 spams a day. This started happening about the time Yahoo+ was being promoted as a spam reducer.. Fix this!!!

I failed to contact Yahoo call centre number.

Currently i live in bangladesh.I forgot my yahoo password. I have access to my phone number and alternative email id.i get password for my phone number but didnt get any password to my email. That's why i fail to restore my yahoo id.

I find your email access has become a nuisance. QUIT MAKING ME CHANGE MY PASSWORD ALL THE TIME. I FIND IT ANNOYING. I DON'T KEEP MY COMPUTER LOGGED INTO THE INTERNET ALL THE TIME. STOP THE ULTRA SECURITY MEASURE YOU HAVE INSTITUTED FOR MY ACCOUNT. I don't have any security procedures that I use my Yahoo email to communicate with others.

I am not able to access my email id as I have no back up option to retrieve my email. But unable to contact customer care. Email is very important to me but this lack of help from Yahoomail is very frustrating. It has been so long that I am trying to contact or atleast get an email id to contact but I am unable to.
