Besides, not being able to get into my email for months, I cannot tell you how many customer service Yahoo customer service numbers Ive been given and not a single one of them works!!! If you wanna keep me as a customer, give me a customer service number that I can call right now that I will actually get somebody to talk to I am really pissed and I have had a yahoo email for years.

Verified ReviewerConstant security issues and no way to sort them
Hi,
For a few months now I've had constant security warnings about the Yahoo account s*****@***.co.uk.
This account is protected by 2FA and has a phone number and backup email address attached to it.
Initially, I found that my 2FA was being turned off, and every time I had to reset the password, I had to turn it back on again and re-add the backup number and email address. Thankfully, this has now stopped, but I still need to keep detaching an old backup email which keeps reappearing.
I've now got to the stage where I'm being forced to change the password every one or two days, and this is absolutely not convenient or sustainable.
The issue has been compounded by the fact that there seems to be virtually no way of contacting you from the UK.
Even your European phone number given by the US number diverts to the US number.
As a result, I'm trying to contact you by any means I can find on the internet. Ideally, I'd now like to divert all my emails from Yahoo to another provider, but it appears this is a paid service, and I refuse to pay any money to Yahoo when the service has been so poor recently, so I am rather stuck.
Please advise.

You asked me what has happened? Nothing!
Nothing has happened nobody will lift a finger to help me. You want to know how I feel about that it *** me off makes me madder than *** because it's my email I've had it for 30 years and y'all won't give it back to is the email I'm trying to recover and have been trying to recover.
You have too many people there sitting on their fat *** and collecting a check they have forgotten about the consumer I'm going to see if I can help them remember. I say this to the customers come and stand with me and let's boycott these *** and show them who's boss, it's time we made a statement, a very profound statement come stand with me I have some emails out there feel free to contact me because they haven't seen bad but it's coming!

No reply from yahoo to be honest the only reason I tries to recover email was cash app was tied to that email and years ago I invested a small amount of money literally 30 dollars or less can't remember into tesla wad just curious to see how much it's worth could help out somewhere but I truly don't care I can make more and yahoo doesn't really care corporate greed runs rampant in our world
I cannot access my Yahoo account and I do not have the phone number that I had when I made my account, and I cannot change my password because I do not have my old phone or old number, and I do not remember my password! I have tried to get in contact with Yahoo, but I get nowhere, and live support does not seem to be available unless you pay.
Well, f that nonsense! I was allowed to sign up for free, so I should be able to get tech support for free to help!
Preferred solution: I'd like to recover my email back that's it
Can't set up email
I need to talk to a human person. I am sure once they look at what I had entered in the past they will be able to help me and quickly at that. I this is a sample of AI it sucks.

Ive been trying to get my old Yahoo email back, I've had it about 30 years jumped through every Hoop yahoo has thrown at me and they're so full of *** they say you're D.O.B wrong, codes always wrong. Give my email back it's mine I want it.

Yahoo refused to help you unless you pay them to help you. They deliberately create problems so you will contact them, pay them to help you and when you do get on a call with them they abruptly cut the call and say "sorry at this time I cannot help you", providing no reasons at all.

Yahoo hijacked my Google account so I need to figure out why this happened
Can't get any help without paid premium. Yahoo dropped the ball when they couldn't acquire Google so now everyone with a previous Yahoo account is out of luck. Absolutely ridiculous and childish on yahoos' part

Just to clarify I know my email and password I don't have the old phone or the old number everything thing I look at go to tells me I have to pay for customer support but I have read comments that say that's a scam the a.i. tells me the only way I'm going to get help is paying for it I refuse to pay for something I got free
