Cannot get a hold of them when you have an issue.
I have tried to contact them twice on the same issue with no response. Something in yahoo mail is not letting a couple of my ebills to come through. I have checked all the things I know and have been suggested to check with no help. Very sad!

Customer Services sucks you can't get no help without someone want to charge you to chat and still don't get your. Problem resolved I forgot my password your system won't let me change it or recover it I've been with yahoo a long, time My e-mail has been hacked I can get no help so much confusion I had to sync my Google account now I've forgotten that password as well dealing with you guys this is time Consuming not to mention ridiculous Thanks for nothing derrickshaw@***.com
