My Yahoo! account is locked as of Jan 25, 2017.

Password, Q&A and verifications are all correct. I can login but not access my account. Specifically my email. Yahoo help page says contact Verizon but Verizon says no related linked, connected or alias account.

Starting on Jan 25 2017 when I log into Yahoo I receive the following Account Alert message: "Account Alert! Dear James, Your email account needs immediate attention. Please go to to complete the necessary steps to access your email. Sincerely, Your Customer Care Team" HOWEVER, when I go to VERIZON there no necessary actions to complete.

I also called Verizon and they report no record of my Yahoo account id which has been in use daily for over 10 years .

I need help to access my Yahoo Email Account. ASAP
