Yahoo - Unable to understand reps. While trying to get technical help. They cannot speak distinguishable English.
I tried to get a password reset, your web page was no help so I called the help number. A lady answered the phone and after several minutes of huas, excuse me, she finally transfer me to a gentleman who was not any easier to understand.
After many attempts to try to convey his message he told me he would have to call me back, guess what, no return call.
*** poor service, get some English speaking people that can be understood. I still do not have my password reset, The one hundred words is the same runaround I got trying to get my password reset, see if you can make work!
