Yahoo: I signed up for a service. 3 months later it auto renewed for $90.
1 day after seeing the charge on my Amex statement I called Yahoo and asked to cancel it and asked for a refund. They said sorry. The fine print says that they can not refund me the money. They should refund me the money for a service that I did not want to renew.
I will never do business with them again.
How can they expect to build loyal customers if they do not take care of them. Always read the fine print with Yahoo!
Monetary Loss: $90.
