New ReviewerI have been receiving daily messages from ebird located at Cornell Univ. for over 10 years.
Over 2 weeks ago they just stopped, no spam, no where could I find them even tho some were being sent hourly. Cornell had to do research to find out why and the screw-up was on your side. "eBird was prevented from sending email to the address dorlap1123@***.com due to a bounce or complaint originating from the recipient's email provider (Yahoo). The bounce or complaint resulted in the email address being added to our Amazon Web Services account suppression list.
It would be useful to know how to prevent these future bounces/complaints so that the recipient does not get added to the suppression list" Sent by eBird (Cornell Lab of Ornithology) ebird@***.edu
I also would like you to make sure this does not ever happen again. Fix this glitch.
User's recommendation: Tkes a while to get through to these conglomerates, but don't give up.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
